At Evinco Health and Performance we offer both one on one reformer Pilates sessions and group class mat sessions.

Pilates is a wonderful low impact form of exercise that will improve your balance, flexibility, strength, muscle tone and help in the management of injuries and chronic pain.

​

Our mat classes run to the school term timetable. They are 45 minutes in duration and all abilities and experience levels are welcomed to attend. The cost is $25 per class. Class cost may be claimable under your private health fund depending on your individual health fund and level of cover. Class limit is 8 and bookings can be made via the link below.

Our private reformer sessions are 30 minutes in duration and are $70. This fee may be claimable under your private health fund depending on your individual health fund and level of cover.
