Specifically designed for younger participants, helping to improve posture, flexibility, and strength while promoting body awareness. Teaching teens to enhance their fitness and mental focus in a supportive and engaging environment with safe lifting techniques.

Women’s Strength
Designed to support women through all stages of menopause by focusing on strength training, bone health, and overall well-being. These classes help manage symptoms building muscle mass, improving bone density, and improving posture.

A class specifically for women over 65. Suitable for all fitness and experience levels. Classes aim to improve strength, bone health, cardiovascular fitness and balance.

Heart and Lung Condition (Lungs in Action Program)
In partnership with the Lung Foundation our classes aim to help individuals manage and improve their heart and lung health. The Lungs in Action program is specifically designed for those living with respiratory conditions, promoting fitness, endurance, and better quality of life through tailored exercise.

CanMove
A group class specifically designed for those that are pre/post/during treatment for Cancer. Medical clearance from GP is required and an inital consult with an Exercise Physiologist. Our class aim is to increase physical activity, boost routine and confidence while fostering a supportive community environment.
$No cost – 30min – Designed for individuals pre/post/during treatment for Cancer
