Heart and Lung Condition (Lungs in Action Program)
In partnership with the Lung Foundation our classes aim to help individuals manage and improve their heart and lung health. The Lungs in Action program is specifically designed for those living with respiratory conditions, promoting fitness, endurance, and better quality of life through tailored exercise.

Hyrdotherapy
Hydrotherapy - Water Aerobics
A low-impact class to improve cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility while reducing stress on the joints. The buoyancy of the water provides support, making it suitable for people of all fitness levels, especially those with mobility concerns or recovering from injuries.

Hydrotherapy - Hydronatal (Mums and Mums-to-Be)
A water-based program designed for new mums and mums-to-be. This class offers gentle exercises to support physical recovery post-birth and help with strength, flexibility, and relaxation, all while being easy on the body in a supportive water environment.

Designed to assist individuals undergoing cancer treatment or recovery. The buoyancy of the water provides a safe and therapeutic environment for exercise, helping to improve mobility, strength, and overall wellness.
