Samantha Jones is the Founder and Principal Exercise Physiologist at Evinco, an innovative Allied Health Clinic based in the heart of Wagga Wagga. With a passion for empowering individuals to take charge of their health, Sam brings together clinical expertise and a supportive, hollistic approach to care.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Master of Women’s Health Medicine, and is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). With a strong interest in women’s health, Sam offers a unique, holistic perspective on exercise and wellness, supporting clients through every stage of life — from adolescence and pregnancy to menopause and beyond.

With experience across a wide range of conditions and populations, Sam works with individuals managing chronic illnesses, musculoskeletal injuries, pelvic health concerns, and lifestyle-related health conditions. Sam is also highly skilled in developing personalised rehabilitation and strength programs that are practical, evidence-based, and aligned with each client’s goals.

In addition to clinical work, Sam collaborates closely with other health professionals to ensure a team-based approach to care, and believes in the power of movement to transform lives — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

KATE

ACCREDITED EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Kate Nechvatal is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Known for her kind, compassionate approach, Kate brings both expertise and heart to her work — especially in supporting individuals living with disability through the NDIS. With a strong background in functional movement and long-term health management, Kate is dedicated to helping her clients build strength, confidence, and independence through tailored, evidence-based exercise programs.

HAYDEN

ACCREDITED EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

​

Hayden is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, currently completing his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Notre Dame Sydney (Class of 2026). He holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation from the University of Wollongong and brings a strong academic and clinical foundation to his practice.

With extensive experience across rural, remote, and metropolitan settings, Hayden offers a unique and compassionate approach to care. He spent his graduate year delivering exercise physiology services in remote Indigenous communities throughout the Northern Territory. This work required adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for community needs - qualities that continue to shape his practice in both exercise physiology and medicine.

Hayden has experience in hospital and community rehab, supporting clients after joint replacement and delivering home-based exercise therapy for people with disabilities. He’s a certified Level 1 Sports Trainer with advanced taping, First Aid, and CPR. He has also assisted in group training and volunteered as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for junior athletes for Cronulla Sharks.

Outside of the clinic, Hayden enjoys playing golf, staying active, and coaching the Wagga Kangaroos rugby league team. He’s passionate about helping others achieve their health and performance goals and enjoys connecting through sport and movement.
