Samantha Jones is the Founder and Principal Exercise Physiologist at Evinco, an innovative Allied Health Clinic based in the heart of Wagga Wagga. With a passion for empowering individuals to take charge of their health, Sam brings together clinical expertise and a supportive, hollistic approach to care.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Master of Women’s Health Medicine, and is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). With a strong interest in women’s health, Sam offers a unique, holistic perspective on exercise and wellness, supporting clients through every stage of life — from adolescence and pregnancy to menopause and beyond.

With experience across a wide range of conditions and populations, Sam works with individuals managing chronic illnesses, musculoskeletal injuries, pelvic health concerns, and lifestyle-related health conditions. Sam is also highly skilled in developing personalised rehabilitation and strength programs that are practical, evidence-based, and aligned with each client’s goals.

In addition to clinical work, Sam collaborates closely with other health professionals to ensure a team-based approach to care, and believes in the power of movement to transform lives — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

Whether you're recovering from injury, navigating hormonal changes, or looking to build long-term strength and confidence, Sam is here to guide you every step of the way.

KATE

ACCREDITED EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Kate Nechvatal is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Known for her kind, compassionate approach, Kate brings both expertise and heart to her work — especially in supporting individuals living with disability through the NDIS. Kate is particularly passionate about promoting inclusion and accessibility in exercise, and she works closely with clients, families, and care teams to develop programmes that are not only effective but also empowering and sustainable. Her holistic approach considers the physical, emotional, and social aspects of wellbeing, helping clients reach meaningful goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Kate works with individuals managing chronic illnesses, lifestyle-related conditions, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. With a strong background in functional movement and long-term health management, Kate is dedicated to helping her clients build strength, confidence, and independence through tailored, evidence-based exercise programmes

Kate is an accredited Autism Swim provider, qualified to deliver specialised aquatic programmes that support individuals with Autism and other neurodiverse needs. The program aims to support the development of water safety skills and build their confidence to engage in the aquatic environment.

EMILY

EXERCISE AND SPORT SCIENTIST I ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT

Emily Humphrey completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Charles Sturt University and is currently studying a Master of Exercise Physiology. She is also an ASCA-accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach, bringing a strong foundation in performance-based training and a passion for helping people move well and feel strong.

Emily is passionate about delivering safe, effective, and evidence-based exercise, and enjoys supporting clients to work towards their individual health and performance goals.

With a love for all sports, Emily has a particular interest in strength and conditioning, athletic development, and exploring new training methods. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients and is committed to helping individuals build confidence, improve physical capacity, and achieve sustainable results.

Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys playing golf and tennis, long-distance running, and spending time on her family farm.

Emily looks forward to working with clients of all abilities and supporting them to exercise safely while achieving their goals.

EMMA

MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Emma is a Mat Pilates Instructor who brings a genuine passion for movement and a strong appreciation for the role exercise plays in overall health and wellbeing. Pilates has been a long-standing interest of hers, and she is excited to share this with others through engaging, challenging, and supportive classes.

Alongside her role at Evinco, Emma works full-time as a Civil Engineer. Her interest in fitness began at a young age and has continued to grow over the years, with Pilates now forming a key part of her own training routine alongside strength work and walking.

Emma pursued Pilates instruction as a way to further develop her skills in an area she has always been passionate about. She is committed to creating classes that not only challenge clients, but also help them build strength, confidence, and body awareness in a sustainable way.

Emma looks forward to helping clients of all levels enjoy movement and experience the benefits of Pilates in their everyday lives.
